Hightee was born in the beautiful city of Antwerp, Belgium and there’s hardly a better place to thrive as an artist with its beautiful architecture and vibrant life.

From an early age she enjoyed drawing and is fully self-taught. She developed her skill over the years whilst travelling all over the world.

She has settled in Sussex, England and this is where she turned her passion into a freelance business venture.

Since she started freelancing she has produced artwork for newspapers, online games, children’s books and black-and-white portraits.

At present, she has Illustrated 4 children's books in the US and one in Spain.

Able to turn her hand to different styles, her work can suit many needs and tastes.

It is always of the highest quality and each piece of work is created afresh with her love for the art and her personal signature.
